Refund policy

At Raku, every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you. We truly want you to love what you receive.

If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, write to us before placing your order — we’re always happy to help you choose well. Getting it right the first time saves time, effort, and a few extra shipping miles too.

If something isn’t right, we’re here.

Returns

We accept returns only if you receive a defective or incorrect product.

Please email connect.raku@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the issue. We’ll take it from there.

Exchanges

Need a different size or prefer something else?
We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible pieces, provided:

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery

  • The item is unworn, with original tags and packaging intact

  • The returned piece clears a quality check

Replacement pieces are shipped once the return is received. Standard delivery timelines apply.

Once an exchange or replacement request is approved, the new product will be dispatched within 48 hours. Following dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days in line with our standard shipping timelines.

Please note:
– Exchanges are not available on international orders
– Sale items are not eligible for exchange
– Custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged or returned

Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been processed can be cancelled for store credit of the same value.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the case of an unfulfilled order.

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–9 working days.
